The Institut Prévention Santé Longévité (IPSL) was founded by Dr Christophe de Jaeger, a doctor renowned for his expertise in the field of human senescence and prevention for over 30 years. This Institute aims to answer the questions of women and men who are concerned about staying in the best possible health for as long as possible.

Our strength is to intervene through personalised care in order to preserve, correct and improve your physiological age or health capital, the main marker of your health and consequently of your longevity.

Our Approach

A PROVEN AND APPROVED SCIENTIFIC APPROACH!

Consultation with a doctor specialising in physiology and human senescence (1 hour) who will explain the different assessment options offered by the Institut Prévention Santé Longévité depending on who you are and your objectives. Health check-up
  • Basic assessment (in total about 5h30)
  • Essential assessment (in total about 7 h)
  • Advanced assessment (total approx. 12 hours)
  • Consultation with a doctor specialising in physiology and ageing (1 to 2 hours depending on the assessment) to set up a specific programme adapted to your physiological reality and your objectives along three major lines (physiological corrections, nutrition and physical activity)
  • Consultation with a specialist dietician (1 hour)
  • Session with our health and longevity coach (1 hour)
  • Follow-up at 6 months with biological and physiological evaluation, allowing adaptation of corrective procedures (physiology, nutrition, physical activity)
  • Annual review of targets and adaptation of procedures.
